By accessing or using our website (the “Website”) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). 1. General Provisions

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 Order Placement.
Orders can be placed through our Website for pickup at our Crystal River, FL location or for shipping across the United States, subject to availability and shipping restrictions.
2.2 Custom Orders.
For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. Full payment is due prior to pickup or shipment unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Pricing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
2.4 Payment Methods.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
2.5 Order Confirmation.
Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Orders.
Orders may be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation request is received prior to order preparation or shipment. Once preparation or shipping has begun, no refunds will be issued.
3.2 Custom Orders.
For custom orders, cancellations must be made at least 30 (30) days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for a refund of the 50% deposit. If canceled less than thirty (30) days prior, the deposit is non-refundable.
3.3 Refunds.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping and Pickup
4.1 Pickup.
Orders for pickup are available at our Crystal River, FL location during regular business hours. You must present valid identification and order confirmation at pickup.
4.2 Shipping.
We offer shipping across the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
4.3 Delivery Times.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4.4 Risk of Loss.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon pickup or when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, though we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.
4.5 Perishable Goods.
Our products are perishable and must be stored properly upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling or storage after delivery or pickup.
5. Product Quality and Allergens
5.1 Quality Guarantee.
We strive to provide high-quality baked goods. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss remedies, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
5.2 Allergens.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please review our allergen information or contact us before ordering if you have food allergies. We are not liable for allergic reactions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Website Content.
